Who doesn’t love the rich taste of a moist red velvet cupcake? I am sure that those who do greatly outnumber those who do not. My daughter makes a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting that will make you want to click your heels six times. That’s twice as many as you need to get home.
I digress.
Well, fall is upon us and velvet is back in. I have a love hate relationship with velvet in fashion. As a pair of pants . . . no thank you. As a pair of high heels . . . a delicious combination indeed.

Rachel Zoe Dalia Platform are so tastefully perfect for a crisp cool fall (in my case winter) day. The rich velvet platforms feature an adjustable ankle strap with square buckle and round toe. The 5.5 inch heels retail for around $375.

Love the red velvet shoes! Now, they’re too high for me so I’d have to find some with a lower heel, but that said I’m very happy to see velvet coming back into fashion.

Velvet sounds delightful, my only thoughts are what would I wear these with? Oh great now I’m thinking of ideas… skinnie jeans & leopard print? That would be hot!

Cute pump. I LOVE the color red. I’m not a big fan of velvet though but it is a pretty shoe

I dont know how i feel about this velvet pump or velvet period. I laughed at your lead and the top few sentences, that was cute! Not to mention the fact that my mouth watered at the thought of a red velvet cupcake!
