Model, Anja Rubik, was born June 12, 1985 in Częstochowa, Poland. Her career in the fashion industry started in a local modeling contest, where she was scouted by a Parisian agency in 2000. Rubik wanted to finish school and only model during school vacations. She began modeling full-time after she graduated from a British high school in Paris. In 2002, Rubik moved to New York to pursue her modeling career and soon after she appeared on numerous magazine covers, including Vogue, Elle, and Harper’s Bazaar.
She has also been featured in numerous designers campaigns.

Rubik now has added designer to her list of achievements. She has teamed up with Quazi to create an exclusive limited addition line of handbags and shoes. Rubik designed the line herself and was completely hands on in it’s production. She also, being the model she is, stars in the campaign.
