The 82nd Academy Awards took place Sunday, March 8 at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, CA. The red carpet at the Academy Awards is always about the gowns. Who is wearing which designers’ gown? For those of us who are shoe fanatics, we love seeing the gowns however . . . SHOW US THE SHOES! (Yes, that was a Cuba Gooding Jr impersonation. *clears throat and settles back down.)

Mariah Carey arrived on the red carpet wearing nude heels from Christian Louboutin.
Carey Mulligan’s gown and heels are by Prada.
Zoe Salanda brought the wow factor to the red carpet. She looked beautiful in a gown and purple suede platforms from the Givenchy Spring 2010 Couture line.
