While I was busy working on event proposals (the reason why the heel of the week is a day late) and by some force of stiletto nature, a pair of boots popped up on my screen. Yes, it was mind blowing, that I could be busy as a bee, typing away and my laptop would interrupt my work with a shopping site. Hey, it is the power of the stiletto (that is my story and I am sticking to it).
Anyway, I found myself staring at the most pulchritudinous (meaning: physically beautiful. Did you know that empowering oneself means you have to keep learning?) knee high boots.
These boots warm my heart. They are so simple and yet, extremely sexy. The brown suede knee high boots from Gianmarco Loernzi feature a round toe with leather toe cap, contrast white stitching, leather panel at the top and ankle cuff with gold-tone chain stirrup, a leather covered double platform and 5.5- inch stiletto heel. The boots retail for around $1361.

The chain going UNDER the sole of the shoe is very sexy isn’t it? It would probably be to S&M in black, but in brown it’s very unusual and sexy.
The shoes aren’t for me because even though I read and enjoy this blog very very much, I don’t wear 5″ stilettos, ever. I do have a couple pairs of 5″ platforms with wide heels, but all my stilettos are short. If I did I’d be about 6’3″, which is a bit much.
