Leighton Meester was in Madrid, Spain to promote “Herbal Essences” at the Hesperia Hotel on November 24, 2010. The actress wore a pair of Pierre Hardy Circle Platform Sandals. The leather platform peep-toe sandals are covered with multi-color velvet circles, have a cut-out instep, elastic halter sling back and a 4.72-inch heel. The heel retail for around $2400.
