When I first saw the fall/winter 2010-11 campaign for Balenciaga, I immediately thought of a place I have never been before, the planet Mars.
With it’s beautiful rich red background the message from Balenciaga seems to be, “Our fall/winter 2010-11 collection is out of this world”.
The campaign was shoot by photographer Steven Meisel. It also features a bevy of models: Karen Elson, Caroline Brasch-Nielsen, Stella Tennant, Freja Beha Erichsen, Meghan Collison, Mirte Maas, and Kirsi Pyrhonen.
