Earth Day 2010 – Go Green

Today, marks the 40th anniversary of Earth day. Earth day was founded, as a means to raise awareness about the plight of Earth’s environment, in 1970 by U.S. Senator Gaylord Nelson. What started as a small movement has grown into a global event worldwide.

Earth day is a great time to reflect on how we all can take steps in our daily lives to help reduce pollution, combat climate change, and avoid depletion the earth’s resources

We as women, understand the importance of doing our part in the efforts to protect our world. By nature, we are caring and nurturing creatures who know the importance of leaving this beautiful world and all its spectacular wonders intact for our future generations.
